Quality hands-on care

The horse is a natural athlete: matchless in its speed, grace, agility and competitive spirit. The career of an athlete requires talent, hard work, perseverance and above all good health. Like the human athlete, the horse is also frequently plagued by injuries. Even a small injury can hinder the use of a horse. If left untreated, it may lead to the end of a career for a top performance horse.

The development within veterinary medicine has brought a new-found respect for animal physiotherapy in the equestrian world in the last ten years. An animal physiotherapist works both preventive and curative, with the ultimate goal to optimize the well-being and/or performance of the horse. Injury prevention is better than cure. In the event of an injury, a successful rehabilitation can be achieved through a thorough analysis and an individualized treatment program and only in combination with personal guidance.
